He scaled a small electrical business into a $500M enterprise, founded Metromedia Fiber Network—helping drive broadband expansion across 67 U.S. cities and internationally—and led the deployment of over one million miles of fiber. With more than two decades supporting federal agencies through secure infrastructure delivery and overseeing 5,000+ miles of government-connected fiber, Garofalo provides the long-term vision, execution capability, and industry credibility that anchor FGT’s role in next-generation AI infrastructure.

Jay Wagamon, President of FGT, contributes over 25 years of experience delivering advanced AI, data analytics, and secure technology systems within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. He has led the execution of more than $2.7B in federal technology programs, including the development of SCIF-based data environments and AI-enabled processing systems critical to national security missions. Known for integrating complex systems across operations, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, Wagamon brings operational discipline and technical depth that ensure FGT’s solutions meet the highest standards for performance, security, and scalability from day one.

Thomas Mulroy, Chief Financial Officer of FGT, brings nearly 40 years of financial and investment leadership, having directed over $7B in real estate and technology-focused developments across the United States. As Founder and CEO of T-Rex Capital Group, he has overseen the acquisition and development of more than 9 million square feet of high-value assets, including mission-critical technology centers supporting government and commercial tenants. His expertise in structuring complex capital stacks, mitigating financial risk, and aligning long-term investment strategies provides FGT with the financial strength and discipline required to scale large, capital-intensive AI and energy infrastructure projects.

Ted Gado, Executive Vice President of Energy at FGT, brings over 40 years of experience leading complex nuclear and large-scale energy projects across both DOE and commercial sectors. He is widely recognized as a subject matter expert in reactor decommissioning, small modular reactors (SMRs), dry fuel storage, and power facility construction, with leadership roles at Entergy, Ontario Power Generation, Babcock & Wilcox, and the New York Power Authority. Gado has successfully delivered multi-billion-dollar programs, including preparation of the Indian Point Energy Center for decommissioning and the design and licensing of advanced SMR technologies. With deep expertise in regulatory strategy, plant lifecycle management, and power system integration, he ensures FGT’s energy solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the evolving demands of high-density AI infrastructure.
